Interests

  • General

    I LOVE my family, my Husband Dustin, and my kids, Dillon (6), Darrian (4), and Dhevyn (2), (the last two are both girls). Right now I love billiards! I also love reading, writing, watching my favorite movies. Biking, hiking, and camping (even though I haven't gone since before the kids were born - not a real trip anyway). I like to play with my kids in the back yard, baseball, soccer, yard hockey, I finally learned how to throw a frisbee correctly. We like to go to the park cause we all love to swing. I'm still waiting to travel, but I am pretty sure I will love that.

  • Music

    In general if it's music I like it. I don't like music much when I can't hear the words or decipher what is being sung. So kids songs all the way down to obscure stuff. As in a lot of other things I am not a hard person to please.

  • Movies

    The only kinds of movies I don't generally watch are suspense thrillers or horror, I am the biggest wimp. I don't particularly like war movies, my husband loves them, and I get tired of them. I do like and watch some, but I haven't seen a new one in awhile.

  • Television

    I don't watch anything regularly, other than the original CSI, the Girls Next Door, and Dustin got me into Las Vegas.

  • Books

    For some reason while I won't watch a lot of war movies, or like politics much, I will read just about anything. Fiction, non-Fiction, Sci-Fi, Historical, Mystery, anything as long as it's well written. And even then some times not well written.

  • Heroes

    Just about anyone with a longer attention span than me is a heroe, but personally my Step-Father is a big hero to me. He isn't necessarily the most like-able person (at least not all the time, come on he's a lawyer) but he accomplishes SO MUCH, he never sits still and always seems to have a hand in everything, he even takes time to play with the grandkids. And now that my sibs and I are older and should be able to take care of ourselves, and some of us do more so than the others, he still helps us out when we struggle and with out a guilt trip. (I know it sounds ridiculous, but it's true)
