Kush is a UK FUNKY & ELECTRO HOUSE dj but he began on the french Jungle/Drum & Bass scene at the end of 1996, as one of its co-fonder and as a DJ of course. He was noticed by the quality of his mixes (eclectic selection, precise mixing and his ability to mash up the dancefloor). Kush got booked on the biggests electronic events and bombed more than 700 dancefloors since 1997 : Paris (Rex Club, Glaz'art)/ Madrid (Wind, Yasta)/ Toulouse (Le Bikini) /Barcelona (Plataforma) / Rennes (Ubu, Trans) / Bordeaux (4Sans, Zoo biz) / Montpellier (Rockstore) / Marseille / Lyon (Marquise, Ninkasi)/ Nantes / San Sebastian (Pagoa) / Valencia and many more... And this brought him to spin records at the sides of Zinc, Mj Cole, Shy FX, Dexplicit, Hype, Star-Eyes, Marky, Flore, Dee Nasty, Dillinja, Dread-I-Licious,TC, Marcus Intalex, Miss Ficel, Le Lutin, Kafra, MC Youthman, MC Jamalski, MC Fearless... Since 2000 dj Kush runs his own radio show, "Punk Phunk" alongside dj Dread-I-Licious on <a href="http://www.msplinks.com/MDFodHRwOi8vd3d3LmNhbXB1c2ZtLmZy" target="_blank">http://www.campusfm.fr</a> from 8:00 to 10:00 pm GMT each saturdays (France : 21h/23h). He decided to start producing D&B around 2003 and he released several tunes on different labels (Solé, Liquid Brilliant, 4th Pole) and many of his tunes have been playlisted on BBC 1, 1Xtra, <a href="http://www.msplinks.com/MDFodHRwOi8vQmFzc2RyaXZlLmNvbQ==" target="_blank">Bassdrive.com</a> and supported by well-knowned D&B DJs and producers (Syncopix, Crissy Cris, Redeyes, Peyo, Stunna...) Influenced by the Afro-American musics and also by Reggae, Punk, Rock and new electronic tendencies, dj Kush has turned into UK FUNKY & ELECTRO HOUSE, BREAKBEAT and all kind of BASS MUSIC.
