    my kids, attachment parenting, books (especially fairy tales) botany, anthropology, herbal medicine, psychology, egyptian mythology, anime!!!! manga, d&d, vampire the masquerade, video games (rpgs, the occasional fighting game, and while i am ashamed to admit it, pokemon. i love pokemon) i can knit, weave a basket, cross-stitch, and like being crafty. i just learned how to crochet. right now i'm working on knitting cables and am knitting just about everyone i know hats.

About me:



at the moment i am a very happy stay at home mom. ive got 2 kids, my big guy is 14 and a freshman in high school this year (yikes!) and our baby is 3. my kiddos are the coolest small people ever and i love them to pieces.

i spend what free time i get hanging out with my guy, hanging out with our friends, and playing video games (right now its .hack, wario smooth moves, pokemon battle revolution, zelda twilight princess, and pokemon diamond and emerald. it takes me forever to finish a game because i play them all at once and spend far too much time leveling up. besides, right now i've been sidetracked by manga) it isnt often that i actually get a chance to play but i'm working on it. for some reason it seems like i spend most of my time picking up after and attending to the will of a very busy toddler...

i watch a lot of anime... we're currently watching: full metal panic, prism ark, kiba, get backers, mushishi, XXXholic, ouran high school host club, excel saga, d.grey-man, kare kano, the slayers, sorcerer hunters, the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya, night wizard, and fruits basket again because its just so sweet. i say we because the big kiddo is really fond of most of them as well, and the little one is just always here. its a sick addiction, but what can i say. i love it.

i read too, whenever i get the chance. that isn't as often as i would like, but there is never enough time for all of my books. it would take years for that. i love books even more than i love japanese cartoons! i've been reading a lot of manga these days... a great way to combine my two favorite things.
