Television
I don't have time for much, but I try and watch the Simpsons on Sundays. I'll catch Seinfeld, SNL, and Latenite with Conan if I can.
About me: I'm in way over my head... in music that is. I've never been a performer, but that leaves me time to do all the business stuff most serious musicians don't have time/energy for. I've been working in the scene for the better part of a decade and I know a lot about the Seattle music community as far as venues, bands, booking, and promotions. This lifestyle is as much a job for me as it is a hobby, and I frickin' love it!
I am currently booking band showcases for a local music rag called NadaMucho.com which gets me into my fair share of trouble. I like to go to as many shows as I can, watch movies, camp, golf, listen to new music (duh), play kickball, and cook for my friends. I also know a ton of good restraunts so when I do hit the town, I find some good 'soul food,' drink a brew and just relax.

Hello! I just thought I'd put this out there- the MIX this coming Saturday will be our last show in a great while! A few of us will be on tour with Get Down Moses in September, we are wrapping up the final tracks on the album we've been recording with Eyon Irie, and there is a great deal of new material on our plates that we need to put some time into as well, making just a few public appearances in the fall. So, if you're one who favors moving and grooving, has a propensity for cutting rugs, or you have been known to spontaneously shout 'shake it up, baby!' from time-to-time in public places, feel free to mosey on down to Georgetown this weekend and see is play in the neighborhood that we once called home!
Saturday August 8 The MIX 6004 12th Ave South Seattle, WA 98108

While schools are being closed and safety-net programs are getting axed under the weight of the recession, Initiative 100 demands the city reconsider the human costs of the jail, research more effective alternatives to incarceration, and put the matter to a vote. Help get I-100 on the ballot and dance the night away while you’re at it!
