In distinct segments of feet piling up one on top of the other

As velocity is multiplied with furious exponents
Clinging deafly to the numbers that bear them
Going on and on
Until the point where the passing molecules of air
Will no longer allow the molecules that are inside me
To pass between them at any greater speed
And tying to this mass of my bantam frame
I will multiply momentum
Until I become, someone I have never been before
I who was so small and trivial
Have turned out to be one hulking and pulverizing,
Smashing and shattering, dismantling, demolishing,
destroying,
Catastrophic, cannon ball.
