Yes, I talked to Kenny a few weeks ago, but if he didn't get it, it's totally ok for him to use my song. I have heard that it is really difficult for a nobody like me to get a check from ASCAP or BMI because they don't start paying attention to us until we are somebody and big enough to complain. So, I'm not getting my hopes up about payment. But, I don't care! Use my songs! I love it!
