About me:
This was a wrestling move demonstration I did at a speaking engagement near Chattanooga, TN. It shows a few moves that helped me with my wrestling and now with the brazilian jiu-jitsu matches I compete in.
This video was taken by a friend of mine at one of the first brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments I ever competed in. I was fortunate enough to do well in the tournament, but I feel confident that my skills have come a long way since this was taken, haha.

howzit? i jus got done reading your book and i was inspired by how much heart and effort you've put into everything you have achieved. i'm a wrestler also and i wish half the wrestlers i have competed against had the heart and drive like you have. it would have made my high school seasons more challenging.
