..Ky-Lin is an energetic rock ‘n’ roll post hardcore band, based in Terville (Lorraine, France).
The band members are David Dreyer on vocals, Gérald Russello on guitars and backing vocals, João Silva on guitars, Daniel da Cunha on bass and Nicolas Florian on the drums. Their music can be described as a mix between Rock Melodies and Hardcore Energy with alarmist and utopian lyrics.

..It all began in October 2005 when together, they’ve recorded a 4 track demo followed obviously by dates in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, among them, the Emergenza competition in Luxembourg and France.

After several shows through 2006, the band felt like it was time to record a first EP. [xin of xin] , a 6 track record, was recorded in May 2007 and released at the Rockhal (Luxembourg) on October the 6th and was evidently followed by many shows in several countries.
2008 was the year of the first mainstream radio appearances in Luxembourg with “Burden” , on DNR radio, but also the 2nd place at the “Luxembourg’s Next Radio Star” contest.
Ky-Lin also released their first video clip for the song, ”The Realm of Fancy” . The video was directed, edited and produced by Pulsa Pictures.
Throughout the year, the band also wrote and recorded 20 new songs, which have been played at their 2009 shows and some of them will be released on their new EP in April 2010. The New Video for the song "Snakes' House" will also see the light during that year.

Conditions de participation : Les inscriptions sont prises en compte dans l’ordre des demandes, et soumises à condition (voir règlement). Le groupe (ou un seul membre) doit appartenir à une école quelle qu’elle soit ou en représentait une si vous n’etes plus dans le cursus scolaires. Vous devez jouer de la musique Rock (dans toute sa diversité). Toute formation doit être composée d’instruments (pas de bande son, pas de DJ). Le festival est ouvert à toutes les écoles et tous les groupes de Rock.
