Seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan moves to the small town of Forks, Washington to live with her father, Charlie. There, she finds herself drawn to a mysterious classmate, Edward Cullen, who is revealed to be a 108-year-old vampire who is physically 17. Although Edward discourages the romance at first, they soon fall deeply in love.
Who I'd like to meet: This is my drawing of Kyo and Tohru from Fruits Basket. For a long time i have been wanting to draw them together. I wanted to show the sadness and lonliness they felt when they had to be apart because of the chaos and guilt Kyo had in his heart. And then the happiness they felt when they could finally be together when Kyo resolved all the darkness he had inside. So I figured that they were torn apart by the chaos in Kyo's heart and they were brought together by the "unbeatable" love they have for each other. Hint the saying on the drawing. Overall I think I did pretty well on this drawing. I was hesitant to draw anything from Fruits Basket because I didnt think I could do it justice. The original work that Natsuki Takaya did was so perfect. She creates wonderful stories and beautiful characters. I didnt want to draw someting that totally ruined the perfection of the original, but Im glad that it didnt turn out that way.
