Johanne James- drums & lead vocals
Johanne is no newcomer to the rock scene, having been involved in several high profile bands over the years, the most recent and current being Threshold, who have released 14 albums and are signed to Nuclear Blast. This year, Johanne was voted 'Drummer of the Year' by the Classic Rock Society for the fourth year running and as such has earned his place as one of the best drummers in the UK, if not the world!
Aaron Waddingham-lead guitar
Aaron has been playing guitar ever since he can remember. He also plays in Pantera 101% as well as Land of Cain, Man of Kin and Devience. He joined KYRBGRINDER in January 2008 and has had a very positive influence on their sound and the new album.
Aaron is endorsed by KRANK amps, which when coupled with TC Electronics G major has become-the main-stay of his awesome sound!
Alberto 'Albi' Flaibani - bass guitar
Albi has been involved in music for quite some time, he joined KYRBGRINDER in April 2008 after his previous band, Toy Town Crash, decided to split up. Originally hailing from Italy but having made London his home, Albi is looking forward to making a full contribution going forward with KYRBGRINDER.

Fronted by four times drummer of the year Johanne James, who is no stranger to the limelight, having played a variety of stages from small venues to major festivals around the world, treading the boards with the likes of Dream Theater, Threshold, Psychotic Waltz, Breed 77, Hawkwind and Pain of Salvation. Johanne will be well known to many as the 'engine room' of Threshold, who are considered one of the leading lights of the progressive metal scene.
Johanne formed KYRBGRINDER as a means of sharing his unique style of hard driving, infectious melodic rock that refuses to be pigeonholed, appealing to a wide spectrum of fans.
The threesome that is KYRBGRINDER are: Johanne James on drums and lead vocals, Aaron Waddingham on lead guitar and Alberto 'Albi' Flaibani on bass.
Following the release of their debut album 'Defiance' on the legendary metal label Mausoleum Records they have subsequently gigged extensively building a hard-core fanbase and an awesome live reputation.
They have successfully appeared on the main stage of the Bull Dog Bash two years running and regularly play at venues such as The Astoria, The Underworld, Bloodstock, Carling Academy and the Cambridge Rock Festival to name but a few.
They will hit Thin Ice Studios during September 2009 to record the eagerly anticipated follow-up album with subsequent UK and European tour slated for the early part of 2010.
