After New Caledonia All Stars, here are the news :
Coming out on the internet, the new album of Stephane Fernandez, called "NARAYANA", made 10 years ago in Marseille, finished here, in New Caledonia.
Influenced by The Prodigy, Eric Serra, Drum 'n' Bass, Indus music, The Chemical Brothers or Steve Vai...
All compositions by Stephane Fernandez, made with the precious help of Robert Collado, Jean-Baptiste Biglia, or Gregory Cappellino...
You will love those grooves with a slice of indian vibes, big hip hop or breakbeat loops, acoustic or electric guitars and basses... And a mysterious instrument, called "the kadak" built by a friend, Joël Boasis, specially for the track : Ananda, which imitates the particular sound of the indian sitar...
So, good vibe for all, and wish a long life to NARAYANA !
P.S.: To know what "narayana" means, just purchase the mythical book "Life and Teaching of The Masters of the Far East" by Baird Spalding, everything is explained.

Après l'opération New Caledonia All stars, voici les news :
Sortie online de l'album "NARAYANA", dont certaines tracks on été faites il y a 10 ans déjà !!! (1999) à Marseille, et d'autres ont été finies ici, en Nouvelle-Calédonie.
Un album très influencé par The Prodigy, Eric SERRA, la musique Jungle, et Indus, Chemical Brothers ou encore Steve VAI...
Toutes les compositions de Stéphane FERNANDEZ, certains arrangements faits avec les conseils de Robert COLLADO, Jean-Baptiste BIGLIA ou encore Grégory CAPPELLINO...
Vous serez transportés par ces grooves saillants, ces nappes et riffs techno sur des rythmes hybrides trip-hop, jungle, indiens, des gros grooves bien crasseux de hip-hop... Mais aussi du didgéridoo (Val), de la guitare classique (Lluis) ou une guitare-sitar (Ananda) construite spécialement par Joël BOASIS pour imiter le son si particulier du sitar indien...
Disponible uniquement sur internet pour l'instant, cet album sonne mieux encore aujourd'hui qu'il y a dix ans, c'est le moment de le sortir !!!
