I am Lacey, and I am one of the girls from VH1's "Rock Of Love" with Bret Michaels, and "Charm School" with Sharon Osbourne. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and now reside in Los Angeles.
The reason I did the shows, "Rock of Love" and "Charm School", is basically because I thought it would be fun...simple as that. On the show, I must admit that I gave some of the girls a hard time. I like to shake things up, so to speak, and cause trouble! ;-) Haha! But in "real life", I love people, and I consider myself to be a compassionate human being who is kind to those who I care about. The show DID end up being a ton of fun to do...it was basically one of those "crazy life experiences". And to add to the enjoyment of this experience, both Bret Michaels and Sharon Osbourne are really amazing people, and I had such a blast doing these shows with them.

ANIMALS:
Another big passion of mine is my love for animals. I ride and train horses for show jumping competition, which I've been doing since I was a little kid, and absolutely love. I also am a devoted activist of animal rights, as well as human rights and the environment. I am the founder of Heroes K9 Rescue & Adoptions, where I rescue dogs that are sick or injured, or slated to be euthanized at L.A.'s city pounds. I take these dogs out of the pound, and bring them back to my house where they live the life of luxury until I can find a new, loving home for each of them.
Be on the look out for a new mini-documentary featuring Lacey, in regards to pet rescue and the over-population/euthanasia problem in the United States. The video will be available for viewing in January, and was produced by Lacey's father, Otis Conner.
I encourage everyone to look at their own lives and figure out what they can do to make a positive difference in this world.
Other than all of that, I'm just a girl who likes to party, have a good time, and live life to the fullest!
...people who are compassionate, and who care about humans, animals, and the earth.
IF YOU LOVE ANIMALS, AND IF YOU HAVE A PET, YOU MUST WATCH THIS DVD! (click on the banner just below this paragraph) Please educate yourself about the plight of animals. If you "don't want to see that" and you turn a blind eye, then that just allows the atrocities that animals must endure to continue. I have watched this DVD, entitled "Behind the Mask" (produced and directed by Shannon Keith), and I strongly feel that EVERYONE needs to see this. Only by being educated, will you be able to help bring an end to animal cruelty. Click on the banner below and get this DVD, and watch it with your friends and family. If you truly care about animals, then please watch "Behind the Mask", and share it with everyone you know.

Chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo--also known as "Daimoku"--is the primary practice of SGI members. Through this practice, one is able to reveal the state of Buddhahood in one's life, experienced as the natural development of joy, increased vitality, courage, wisdom and compassion.
Nam-myoho-renge-kyo
The title of the Lotus Sutra in its Japanese translation is Myoho-renge-kyo. But to Nichiren, Myoho-renge-kyo was far more than the title of a Buddhist text, it was the expression, in words, of the Law of life which all Buddhist teachings in one way or another seek to clarify.
