yeah, we thought you'd be ENVYous haha. i think i saw that shirt, but not sure - at 5000yen a ticket i didn't fancy spending much more... apart from on beer of course
hey! how's it going? hideaki and i went to see mono, explosions in the sky, envy and world's end girlfriend last night - i think you would have enjoyed the show!!
That's awesome! You guys will do awesome :] You guys will do a big hit :] Am doing awesome For now busy with school and composing some songs which is fun :] I actually am having a great time with this project.. Am helping my friends band :]
Why thank you, it just struck one morning getting ready for work. Sometimes your best work comes to you out of the blue and smacks you in the face. BTW You have wonderful music here!! Glad to have found you.
Thanks for the compliment[s], Graham !! I'm glad you like it. The idea of that jam was to keep these ideas alive. I tend to be overwhelmed with ideas so I record them not to forget them and try to figure them out by listening to the recordings. Sometimes I want to share these recordings so I post them, no matter how horrible the quality is. First and foremost it's the theme that counts, after that we can look at the production and the color of tones. Speaking of tones; yeah - my piano is a REALLY warm one. Lots of people might not like it because it sometimes lacks definition but it's perfect for me, it does what I want it to do and it's not so shrill as other piano's so I'm satisfied.
I'll check your other projects when I've got some more time. I'll get to it soon. And take your time on 'Hymn of Cleansing' - just get around to it whenever you're feeling up to it.
And hey; thanks for the positive feedback once more !!
I am actually working in a song write now ha. Is for a band. Am almost done with it. I enjoyed hearing " I can't Make myself think about.." suits the way I feel right now.
Funding .. it's a real issue. It's all about how 'professional' you want to approach music. At this moment I often just record my piano with a voice-recorder since I feel the piano is such a great compositional tool that really inspires me EACH time I sit behind it. So; it's a matter of getting my concepts out. And yeah; it's strange that I don't have any mikes. I've always been used to doing things software wise but I feel it's not how I want to do it - not completely - I need to combine this.
hm-hm. You're right. I'm waiting for an official release until I feel it's good enough to be on a release. I've also not completed any tracks which I FEEL worthy of being complete. I'm very hard on myself regarding music and also a real perfectionist.
I see, regarding the projects. Can I ask why the many projects and why you've thought about quiting much quite some times ?? And trust me, I know what you mean by saying you're communicating with yourself [and others ??] through your music. It will ALWAYS be a part of your own whole/hole.
Bitty clouds and tiny rainbows hiding behind every tree So much love inside, drunk and ready to do anything! I know everything you’re doing and I agree Slithering skin… all over each other Smooth, sweet, out of control… Bring me in, take me, make me do it, set me free!
Hm; not treating yourself so well ?? If you'd like - want to go deeper into that ??
You're doing 3 [or more ??] projects right now ?? So Lachrymal Quietus is kinda on a hold ?? I still really happen to love that Tree Sparrow (EP) you did. tzameti sounds pretty cool, a bit sloppy now and then and the quality isn't really that great though but I can see where it is going.
And me ?? Yeah, I'm definitely planning on releasing something. But right now I'm kinda in a gear change; I've purchased some new equipment; like a piano and some organs etc. and I'm switching over to guitar playing with amps [in a while I'll have a Fender Twin Reverb] so that means a lot of the stuff is going to be recorded with mikes and sadly enough .. I have a shiteload of equipment but no mikes. I'll surely still be using software but the whole ordeal is going to be way more organic. AND I'm moving in a month - so that kinda sets me on a hold right now recording wise.
So yeah; money is a bit of an issue here as well. But hey, we'll get there, right ??
I wouldn't want to work >.< I have so much to complain That's awesome i would like to hear it when is a song. Makes me remember, I Love it I don't write sond but I wrote a poem what do you think.. I look at my window.
Every day Thoughts run wild They come one by one, They start making an image in my mind.
I start thinking.
Why? I grow more inpatient I have nobody in my side No one that will care for my insanity I wonder how insane am I? How Insane am I going.
I look at my window Wondering how those people Have what I don't have.

How'd the studio go for the band? Where you even in yet?, Timezones are a killer.
Haven't been on fizz much myself of late, posted a track and commented on 2 or 3 songs a few weeks ago, that's about it for the last few months. There just don't seem to be too much of a buzz on it these days.
