Deep in the suburbs of Northeast Ohio lurks a beast that is fit to go under one name only: Lack of Sanity. Composed of four high school friends seeking a vent for their musical creativity, Lack of Sanity was formed in the summer of 2005. The band’s current lineup consists of Bryan Iwaszkiw with guitar and lead vocals, Ben Parsons playing lead guitar, Scott Bigley on bass, and Drew Virost on drums. The band’s current release, also their first full-length album, Proceed With Caution, contains catchy and melodic songs with lyrics inspired by life’s triumphs and obstacles, as well as lead guitar riffs that will make you second guess that these guys are still only in high school.
Since the release of their current album, Lack of Sanity has played numerous shows around their home city of Cleveland. They have played venues such as the famed House of Blues in Cleveland, The Beachland Ballroom, The Phantasy in Lakewood, Peabody's The Rockstar, and many other local venues.
With an average age of seventeen, the band has more than enough room to expand upon. Time will only tell what the future has to behold for this young band, but in the meantime, the guys of Lack of Sanity plan to just keep doing the one thing that they love most: playing music.

It SUCKS that I wasn't able to make it out to see you guys play yesterday. I'm sorry. I'm coming home next this coming weekend but that's because my brother is going to be home. If only it could have been pushed back a week. :'( Hope you guys had a good show though!!
