That clearly says it all!! I must jump out of my comfort zones and face my fears EVERYDAY. I am and always will be the change I want for the world. This is the single most important thing I can do for this world---to change my negative patterns. My job is to SHARE. I feel so blessed to presently live in southern california where raw food products & prepared living foods are abundant. Organic produce is everywhere and raw food potlucks. Still, i struggle at times. So i created this ladder so i can remain focused.

I throw out an escape ladder to raw living cuisine. This is a magnificent unending ladder that wil take you to so many places you didn't even know existed. Especially, the places within yourself. Once you explore, expand and experience your divine self and really, really FEEL~ then you will harness the most premium intimate connections with others.

I am here to share unconditionally all that i know of living foods. I am a classically trained chef and know a lot about foods that others have never even heard of. I keep waiting to know every thing before i go out into the world and help. The time is now! I DO KNOW EVERYTHING. and EVERYTHING is that i will never know EVERYTHING. NO such thing!! because i am limitiless and this grand universe is overflowing with abundance. DO NOT take my word for it. Find out for yourself.

THERE IS NO WAY TO EAT PERFECT that i can tell you about. ONLY you and ONLY you can find this out. IT is all about intuitive eating. You must eat what your body needs. In order to REALLY be able to listen to exactly what your body needs at any given time you must eat cleaner, unprocessed, unadulterated foods. You will feel so much more. and hear what your temple is yearning for. I will immerse myself in knowledge, experience, experiments and sharing all I know of my journey.
