I understand about trying to 'process' stuff... it really took me a long time to process everything that was going on in my head shortly after my divorce, and my sister's passing. I went through a strange sorta time (what a choice of words! lol). and as you know, still struggling w/ a couple of things.
~anyhow, yep.. I have a hair appointment this afternoon w/ someone named Duke. I had a hairdresser in Marietta that I went to on a regular basis for years! I miss her... when I told her of my worries regarding moving up here to Seattle, she said "think of it as an adventure". I should listen to my friends. ;)
..gosh, I miss my manicurist too. She knew exactly how I wanted my nails. And I am Miss Picky!
~I don't have 'The Shack', but I do have 'The Secret'. it's been on the coffee table since I got it, but haven't started reading it yet. I'm glad you mentioned it... sometimes I need a gentle kick in the butt. lol
~I'll be wearing my cross to the picnic... that cross is extra special to me now, thanks to you!

I miss chatting with you. ... oh.. I'm getting my hair colored and cut (I want my bangs back) tomorrow afternoon.
