"This US west coast crew have a knack for pulling out some well hardcore dubstep cuts, and here introduce new heads Nebulla & DJ Dore ft. Czar Black with their mammoth darkside dub ravers production 'Gettin Doe remix'. Cut loud and proud for the B-side this is pure Latino gangsta gear (if they relocated South Central LA to South London in the late 90's) as the crew layer up gangsta vocals with a rave starting Reece bass drop and bulging hoover noises over a dubstep riddim taking a couple of notes from the yard, rather heavy stuff. 6Blocc and Mu head Parson takes control of the A-side with two more gangsta-step cuts, and Parson leaning heavily to the chopped and screwed style that won over heads with his release on Planet Mu, but they've got a task outdoing the killer flipside joint from Nebulla and co. Nasty tackle."

"We were discussing slowing down late 90's tech-step drum and bass tunes a conversation prompted by the 'La Dubstep Nostra' EP that features 6Blocc, Parson (Planet-Mu) and Nebulla & DJ Dore. The 6 Blocc track 'What The Fuck' has a big monster darkside bassline that could've come out on an old No-U-turn record. It really displays how dubstep evolved from jungle... The Parson track is pretty techy and all, again another dark dubstep tune following the foundations laid down by Vex'd and co. It's all very sinister with some vocal samples about the Sons of God and extra Terrestrials. The last tune has some bloke rapping and saying bad words that my mum would tell me off for repeating them, nuff said, it's a banger."
