I am currently a full-time student, working towards my second degree, a MA in Creative and Life Writing. My first degree is the BA (Hons) in Media and Modern Literature from Goldsmiths, and I graduated in 2008. I was born and bred in south London, where I still reside. As well as blogging about fashion/crafts/other aesthetic concerns and literature, I write fiction: so far I have written short stories, the odd piece of poetry, adapted Angela Carter’s short story ‘The Company of Wolves’ into a play, and I have several novels in progress.
Writing is my raison d’être, mais j’ai beaucoup d'other hobbies and interests, more than anyone else I have ever heard of, so here is a sample list: music (my second, sadly neglected love), improving my franglais til it becomes actual French, knitting, collaging, jewellery-making, eating cheese, drinking wine, Wikipedia-surfing...et cetera.
