Aside from all the amazing influential artist of and before my time, my true influences have been my mother and father. My mothers voice was the first voice I ever remember heard sing, and is the first voice I sang after. My father fueled my love for music as a whole by introducing me to everything from Led Zepplin to The Temptations. My mother taught me the harmonies, my father taught me the history. My mother showed me the enlightening spirit one can find through song, my father introduced me to the deep soulfullness that can be found in the art of music. I have carried it all with me to this point, and always will because it is what keeps me grounded.
