Namiko Surf Competition
Pretty WomanNamiko surf competition at Chi island. This was the very first surfing competition inside of Second Life. I was honored to have been asked to be a part of this historical event. The surfable waves were made and scripted by Heather Goodliffe of Surf Systems Inc, and the scripted surfboards that allow the surfers to surf the waves and have control over their ride were made by Sebastian Saramago of Namiko. The opening commentary of this video features my voice, SL character name Sierra Sugar. The entire day was fun and everyone was competitive but friendly and supportive of each other. After the competition I was asked to continue to MC future surfing events and I happily accepted. Look for more surfing and SL links from me in the future.
