other than the fact that i work in television, well...
i guess "survivor" is a good description. at 48, i've survived 2 stupid marriages and a recent battle with cancer. that recent battle with cancer was the most difficult, so far, but, with sacrifice, diligence, the support of friends, and a trust that my doctors actually knew what they were doing, i won the battle.
GO-PURE's activities this past saturday (july 19, 2008)...of course, i'd be dancing on what felt like the hottest day of the year, so far, during the hottest hour in the afternoon:
it's no secret that i'm an avid Star Trek fan...i've been a fanatic since 1966, when the original series went on the air. it's a 40 year habit i'm not going to give up.
