History(Colonial and Revolutionary War, Civil War, Medieval European),Civil War and Rev War and Medieval Re-enacting and Living History(Proud member of the 2nd NJ Brigade, Helm's company),reading, ANYTHING Celtic and Irish(be it history,music or mythology) writing, walking and hiking,working out, roadtrips to historic battlefields and sites, NYC,Philly, and Gettysburg, Weird NJ magazine and roadtrips, historic preservation. You'll often find me sitting in a Starbucks or in my fave bookstore, Barnes and Noble, having a coffee and perusing the latest offerings. I LOVE LOVE LOVE dancing, any kind(Latin,Irish stepdancing, hip hop, club) and am joining up with an 18th century dance troup called "In Good Company" run by a member of the 2nd NJ.

Also, Firefighters, Police officers and other first-responders and all the brave men and women who are serving overseas.Also ANYONE who stands up for their beliefs and goes against the status quo. When God created the robin redbreast, He told the bird he must remain plain and gray until he earned his red badge of courage. At Golgotha, the robin, seeking to relieve the sufferings of the Savior, overcame his fear of the mocking crowd, flew to Christ and pulled a thorn out of his head. The blood from the thorn's wound dripped on to the robin's breast and has caused it to be red ever since. Happy Easter!
HEY maggie, that picture you like is from my brothers wedding. i look like a damn fool in that picture. im getting my phone up and running so thats a good thing. I MIGHT be able to come down to the re enactment in oct. but i really do not know at all tell it gets closer and getting a truck and driving down to the event will be hard on me KNOW and im a dumb ass for moving so :( anway thanks for the comment
