About me:
I am exploring life in the 50s. So far it is fabulous.
I am a Yoga/Pilates teacher in my home studio and in a Physical therapy office. I am constantly learning and realizing how much more there is to learn.
I also play music with my amazing husband, Norton Buffalo. The absolute love of my life!!!
We play as a duo, and in a band called Norton and Friends. Here also, I am constantly learning and overwhelmed with how much there is to learn.,
I guess it is safe to say that it is true in all of life ... that there is so much to learn and so much to do in this journey of life!
I have an incredible 25 year old son, Bo, who is the absolute joy of my life...the most amazing gift on the planet. He is a constant source of love and inspiration. He teaches me every day!
I have a huge Sicilian family, scattered up and down the west coast.. We love to get together and eat, drink and gab!!!! (with our hands)
That heritage is one I would never trade. It is so rich and I am thankful to every one of my family members.
I love to garden, surf, dance, play with our 2 dogs and 3 cats, cook and eat, sing, play music, visit with friends, be on the road with my honey ... long talks in the car.
We also share our home with Norton's Dad, "Pop", who is 92 and a total joy! He is a tribute to living a good and true life.
My friends are a real source of joy to me. I would be nothing without them,,,

The Dalai Lama ... so many more people I can't think of ... I love meeting the folks I come in contact with every day of my life!
