The ambitious up and coming R&B star Lafonda, aka the "Bronx Bombshell" continues to bless music listeners with her new album, titled "Go Hard Or Go Home". It's an exciting 8 song collection of her original songs formatted in "mixtape" style. The album is hosted by one of the most talented hardworking DJs in New York, DJ Bedtyme 357 who is also the official DJ of the Bronx female rap artist, Remy Ma.
The title "Go Hard Or Go Home" is a reflection of Lafonda's work ethic when it comes to making a name for herself as a recording artist. The music is exclusively produced and co-written by producer Plaboy-Chi of Sleepless Productionz. The album features her smash single "Ooh Ahh" which she performed on B.E.T.'s 106 & Park in April 2007, it’s also the song that won her “Best R&B Female” at the NYC Underground Music Awards. It also features the edgy big drummed-hard guitar street banga, "Built Like That", a song telling the fellas about how it takes more than material things to impress a real woman, then on the song "Coat Tails", Lafonda talks about how up and coming female artists should stand on their own two feet and not ride on other peoples “coat tails” to become famous. Creatively this album gives a taste of Lafonda's vocal ability along with a great marriage of lyrics and beats, breeding great songs for the radio, the club, the car, etc. All you have to do is press play.....

Having worked with legendary producers Teddy Riley and Micheal Bivens of New Edition as well as artists such as Blackstreet, Postaboy, Sacario, Jinx Da Juvy, Bathgate and SkyZoo, EX is poised to carve out his own piece of history amongst hip-hop greats.
On Wednesday Oct 24th at NYC hot spot SNITCH (59 West 21st Street, New York), Perpetual Management in association with iStandard Inc, will be presenting EX in a special exclusive listening session and live performance.
EX will be performing his new street smash 'Take That' produced by Frequency (Snoop Dogg, Cam'ron, Raekwon) and joined on stage by his team Pro Fam, LaWanda Michelle, and 3 time Apollo winning vocalist, Omar Wilson
