The Lily Tomlin Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center
The Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center founded the Lily Tomlin Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center based on the firm belief that art helps save lives by building the spirit of our community and feeding the soul through creative expression and its communal appreciation.
Tomlin Wagner Center productions are chosen to entertain. They also generate powerful, sometimes controversial dialogue that seeks to engage all people, regardless of race, sexuality or gender. Whether presenting established artists or developing innovative and experimental works, our productions and exhibits illuminate the trials, triumphs and truths of our lives, celebrate our uniqueness, and contribute to making our environment a place of integrity and joy.
Everyone who attends our productions also contributes to the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. Net proceeds from all ticket and art sales are used to support the complete array of free and low-cost services that the Center offers.
