I'm a "singer"/songwriter originally from Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. It's a small town (population: 710) in the northwest region of the state. I graduated from Grove City High School in 1997. After that I attended and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I now live in Nashville. I love this town! I'm a staff songwriter for Universal Music Publishing.
I find pure joy in watching Revenge of the Nerds as well as Revenge of the Nerds II (Nerds in Paradise). I know everything about WWF wrestling, as long as it's between 1984-1990. I've seen Hulk Hogan 7 times in real life. I also held a prior interest in late 80's early 90's skateboarding. I had a Jason Jesse board as well as a Tony Hawk madallion board, which you can see in my photos section. I believe my parents are also glad that phase passed. I miss playing high school basketball. My one constant interest throughout my life has been music. It truly is my passion. All kinds of music. "Thriller" is the first cassette I remember owning, given to me as a birthday present. Was a huge Michael Jackson fan as a young boy, however I never spent any time at his "ranch". I did have the black, red, and gray jackets and sometime I zipped off the sleeves. Oh yeah, and I had the glove. I'm not ashamed to say the first cassette I remember purchasing was Poison's "Look What the Cat Dragged In". However, my taste has gone through some changes. But, I still enjoy Hair Bands, rap, r&b, alternative, punk, singer-songwriter, folk, country.....etc...Well, I think I'm going to try to get a response from someone by reciting lines from Billy Madison or quoting Dudley Dawson.Free MySpace Layouts and Free MySpace Stuff

I hope you have been doing well. Sometimes it’s hard getting back to everyone in a timely manner, but I will always write or comment you back as soon as I can. Have a great week. I’ve been hard at work on my new album and getting ready for my upcoming tour. Thank you for being there as a friend and giving all the support that you give. Check out my website at www.darcydonavan.com and sign up for my newsletter so maybe you can come to some of my events I will be having this year and I could meet you in person. Also anyone who signs up for my V.I.P. section will receive gifts from my sponsors.
Come listen to the new songs. When you purchase one of my songs, part of the proceeds go to raising money for the education system to give the kids of our country the education they deserve. Tell all your friends to download the songs and know that they are giving towards a worthy cause.
I would like to invite you to come by and listen to my new song titled "Her Lipstick Doesn't Lie" It has landed me my first single song publishing contract with a publisher there in Nashville. I am so excited. You have written some amazing songs from what I hear. Keep up the great work.
Luke, thanks for the open door. What a nice mix of music! . . . Nice to see an artist having fun. I was also a fan of M.J. when I was a teen, when he was the little guy in the Jackson 5 . . . . Oh baby, give me one more chance . . . .
M.J.
P.S. Regards from you-know-what country! (Rhymes with 'Thriller', but not with 'Frighten'.)
