Luckydog has provided private, personalized dog care to La Jolla Residents since 1998. Luckydog is not just a business our clients are more than customers. Luckydog provides an intuitive and caring approach to pet care and all of our clients and pets are treated as family members. Dog Daycare, Overnight Boarding Retreats, and Daily Park Adventures are available to select clientele.
Luckydog is also a privately-run, holistic sanctuary for rescued pets. We have encouraged deathly ill pets to the peak of vitality using various modes of nutritional, herbal, and energetic healing. Luckydog has fostered over 100 animals privately and we do not seek donations. We do use the income from dog-care memberships to cover the expenses of our sanctuary. At Luckydog, we limit the number of pack members and continuously reinforce proper etiquette to ensure harmony of the pack. On average, our pack consists of 5 dogs ranging in age from 1 to 12 years and ranging in size from 4 to 140 pounds. Most of the dogs visit parks and trails on our daily adzentures. After outings, the pack can rest in the calm energy of our happy beach home. Our home is their “home-away-from-home".
