Lake View Effect, a Hamburg, New York native progressive jam rock band, stared in january of 07. the sound was a culmination and collaboration of everything that has moved us musically in anyway; whether it be funk, trance, rock, reggae, jazz, or bluegrass. the interdependent styles, traits and sentiments merged into the cohesive message that was the Lake View Effect. unfortunately, the band has ceased to continue in its long quest of satisfying all listeners and exploring long improvised jams and structured compositions. we'd like to thank everyone that has made us LVE since the beginning and all those who have stuck by and believed in us. although we are currently inoperable, there is still hope for the future and/or possible reunion of the LVE sound. if anyone ever wants to reminisce, be sure to grab any of the live cds that are in circulation or enjoy some of our greatest performances on myspace. Also, don't forget to check out the current side projects of LVE: Slip Madigen, Jeff/Joe Acoustics, and DejaFuze!! again, thank you everyone for being so gracious to us and such beautiful people.
