Born May 25th 1987, in Harlem, NY. Lamaine is a young man with a gift. He has always been the go to person in whatever situation. As a young male he dealt with life without having his parents aid. Which made him the man he is today. Lamaine has always been an athletic person, he played basketball and football at Bayside Highschool and won numerous awards. Coming from a household where music was one of the few entertainments, Lamaine and his 5 siblings grew up listening to great artists such as Michael Jackson, R. Kelly, Toni Braxton, Maxwell, Bob Marley, Aretha Franklin, Erykah Badu, Usher and so on. His love of music showed when all of his friends know him for having some earphone in his ears. Lamaine always wanted to do something that had to do with music, he tried rapping and even wanting to become a Director for music videos. It was in 2006 when he was introduced to a program called Fruity Loops and really wasn't too serious about making beats at the time but would mess around jokingly with the program. It wasnt until the Summer of 2007 where he spent all his spare time researching top producers, making 5 beats a day, and observing other competition. Now in college majoring in Communications, Lamaine is learning how to become a good journalist and also how to use studio equipments through Sound Engineer and radio studies classes. He feels it’s important for him because he would like to have his own recording studio one day. Wanting to become a Mixing Engineer/ Producer and manager, Lamaine is willing to make the sacrifice to get the job done.
