I am a simple, laid back guy. I value my FRIENDS and FAMILY who support me while I try to find my place in this world. I am down to try anything new because I believe variety is the spice of life. I love to DANCE, and I am open to any style. MUSIC fuels my soul, whether it be on my iPod, singing in the car, or playing guitar. TENNIS is my sport of choice. I am not afraid to admit I GEEK out by playing videogames and reading manga. I like to surround myself with GOOFY individuals because life would be boring without them. Love, Peace, and Soooouuul!!! =D

p.s. do you know if your "dream a lil dream of me" song from a pixar movie? WALL-E or Up? I can't seem to find it. It's driving me crazy 'cause I heard from a movie before... HEH. oh vell. :]

G'Morning! :) I really enjoyed watching your guy's videos! You rap pretty well. :) that's cool! You could tell about the nervousness in the beginning, but everyone finished strong.

Jacksonville was good. very big city. (actually it's the largest city in the U.S. in terms of sq miles!). It was great to see that all my friends were doin well! Ate a lot of good foooooood, did a bit of shopping, and toured JU campus. The drive was a lil' boring and long (entertained myself by singing to the radio, counting all the highway patrols, & drinking coffee energy drinks. wooohooo imagine the energy crash later! hahaha).

You would be able to tell if I start because I'd be temporarily MIA for a while. It's to help myself concentrate versus fb-in' & scoping out cool acoustic songs. As far as where I find the music.. humm.. I dunno. I just browse around. Or if I hear a cool song somewhere on the radio at a bookstore or commercial, I look up the artist. The varsity fanclub song "future love" I heard from on my bro's zune and demanded the song details because I loooved the lyrics & tune. :) thanks for the youtube vid! It was a happy tune to start my morning. :)

    take care, mister!

hola! que pasa? good to hear from ya. how's da job hunt? ready for sat's performance? 480 students ~240 pilots/~240 NFO (think navigation/weapons). And I actually kidnapped my roomie's guitar, so I've been slowly teaching myself through youtube. hehehe I was even motivated enough to buy & hang up a large chord chart! :) Progress is slow due to my puny fingers, but I'm continuing to learn. Let's see... I've been volunteering w/ other students to wash cars & fundraise at Florabama. (Florabama is a beachtown about 20 min away from home. some genius organized it in front of a bar. eh it works I guess. interesting to say the least! -___- hahahaha). I'll be back in the classroom within a few weeks... not sure if I'm dreading it or excited to finally start. (damn you, complacency!) we shall see.

"no reservations" is a really cool show. I was watching that the other day for Washington, Singapore, and Thailand. According to Anthony Bourdain there's a really good place to eat in pioneer sq called Armandino's Salumi. Heard of it? Also, Wayne was planning something similar for his cross-country roadtrip (rest stops at good resturants hahaha). You should make a list! It's always satisfying crossing things off once you accomplished it. :)

anyways, 'hope you're doing well. take care!

hehe you'll never see me in the ufc. i don't want my face to get banged up so im just sticking to grappling right now. our eurotrip was amazing. six families from my mom side came from america to celebrate my sister's wedding in europe... plus my brother-in-law's family from all over europe. i gues you guys couldn't make it cause i know we sent you an invitation. but we're definitely gonna come back and we'll let you know. how's everyone? what have you been up to lately? tell everyone i said hi and take care cousin

thanks! I'm going through the anime list. Things are going pretty good down herre. I can't complain about the location. The town has beautiful beaches and rich history (1st american settlement & is dubbed the craddle of naval aviation.. pretty sweet). Living away from the "pilipino connections" is still something I'm getting used to, but other than that, I think I'm adjusting alright. School has been laidback. (I along with 400 other students are on class waiting list. In the mean time, I'm working on a few medical prereq's). I've been volunteering to keep myself busy and I'm thinking of investing in a keyboard or guitar. EH. 'can't decide which out of the two. we shall see.

well, best of luck on the job hunt! if I find any cool acoustic songs within the next few days (or atleast before the oly coffee gig), I'll let you know. You should get your creative juices circulating make an original song! eh? eh? sounds like fun? hahaha no pressure. :) take care

Hello! How’s summer goin? I watched Honey and Clover, the live-movie & looovvveed it (kind of a quirky movie, but really cute ^___^ ). I actually didn’t know they had an anime series, so I looked it up at Hulu. Hahaha they have pretty much the same storyline, but the anime is a lot funnier & plot’s drawn out (naturally). Do you watch the series? From one dork to another, any other good anime series to recommend?

UrbanDictionary. com? Lol that’s always a fun site to visit! It’s crazy how normal words could have unexpectedly weeeeird connotations when you look it up. But speakin’ of tomato/fruit/homo I was driving around town the other I found a grocery store called Bruno’s… and it reminded me of you guys! ^___~ ) hahaha I’ll definitely visit and take pictures one of these days.

And thanks for the list of places! My cravings were satisfied with some delish- tuna rolls, tempura, and green tea ice cream… **drooolll… need to go back now….* The list motivated me to get up and take a much needed adventure! : ]

‘hope you’re doing well! Take care

aj im trying to rob the industry but i cant use torrents here. how do i rip audio from youtube without using firefox. is there another program you know about.
  • Jul 29 2009 4:22 AM

Interesting! (about the YouTube search)… I usually use YouTube to listen to acoustic covers, but I should try it some time. Nujabes does have pretty amazing beats.  I first heard a few of his tracks while watching Samurai Champloo. Other remixes I search through sites like mp3/music blog tracks and purevolume.

UH.. tomato = tomorrow. my bad… my dorkiness kind of slipped out. >_< We did arrive safely at our destination a couple of days ago. 13 states in 6 days. It was a good, but tiring adventure. :)

Anyway, ‘glad to hear the open mic went well. I’m surprised to hear that the place wasn’t more crowded than the first one though! ‘hopefully they didn’t start charging...

Alright, ‘hope you’re summer’s going well! Take care.

wooow! nujabes, gabe, john mayer, & yiruma?? ? :] 'Amazing playlist you have here! best of luck at open mic, tomato. take care. :)
