關於我：
The State of California needs highly qualified teahcers. The US is expected to hire over 2 million teachers in the next 10 years!
Teacher Prep Program can help you become a highly qualified teacher!
Los Angeles Mission College has created a teaching program for studetns who wish to start preparing to become k-12 teachers. The program offers early guidance, support and preparations for a teacher career. This program is a free service to L.A. Mission College Students! So what does it take to become a teacher?
1. Complete the 2 year general education requirements at Los Angeles Mission College.
2. Take the CBEST, a test of basic math, reading, and writing skills.
3. Transfer to a 4 year college or univesity,earn a B.A., and pass the CSET
4. Enter into a credentialing program or an intergrated teacher preparation program.
