About me: Hey Everyone, I really don't like talking about myself but here I go. My name is Lourdes and I am originally from NJ (Jersey Girl) and just moved to VA to pursue my masters degree in counseling. It's has been tough being away from my family and friends, but I know that the Lord has big plans for my life out here. In Proverbs 16:9 says, “In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps”. I feel that this is the place where God wants me to be at this point in my life. He is taking control of my life and I am letting Him lead the way. It has been interesting living away from home, I thought I would have more time for myself and that is totally not the case. I go to sleep reading and wake up reading. LOL!!!!! It's all good. Can't wait to see how everything will begin to unfold in my life and while I'll wait to see I'll take the time to enjoy Starbuck's (Vanilla Bean) May God bless you.

Hey Lourdes! Yeah, it's been a while! I'm doin' quite well down here in Nashville. I'm actually trying to book a World Vision tour for my singing group right now for next year. The tour runs from Feb. to August of 2009. Any ideas for churches that would sponsor us to come up in Jersey? Maybe we'll come visit if we get up there for the tour!
