ON A PROFESSIONAL NOTE: Partridge Development was founded in 1998. Prior to that, I had 18 successful years in the real estate and mortgage business. Partridge Development was born from the vision of bringing old world service and values to today’s cutting edge technology. In doing so, we have taken the guess work out of land development and real estate investing. Over the years we have been hired by several of the nation’s leading banks to help with the disposition of their special assets.
I have worked with local, national, and international businesses to significantly increase their revenue and profitability with their land development and real estate investments. I spent my career in the search of the right combinations for investors and their investments. Partridge Development has expanded to an international clientele in last 5 years, with sales and marketing staff of less than 5 people and a minimal budget.

We are very excited about the prospects of bringing a clean renewable source of energy to the market place with competitive pricing. In the near future we feel that solar energy will be not just a dream but will provide a substantial amount of the energy that we use in our everyday lives.



ON A PERSONAL NOTE: I'm very driven to be successful in life. While I am not wealthy yet, I do absolutely consider myself rich because of my life experiences and people who have been part of my life. People come into our lives for a reason and I embrace each and every one of them. Up to this point, I have primarily been focused on building my business and growing as a person to approach life with clarity. I love to have fun and laugh. I have a great sense of humor. I know when to be the businessman, with the no BS way of doing business, and when to let my hair down and be a nut. I am adventurous and cautious, spontaneous and a planner, open and guarded. It just depends upon the situation. I am loyal, courageous, trustworthy, loving, generous, affectionate, healthy and young at heart. I am a single father of a beautiful daughter with 2 grandchildren and a handsome 7 year old son. My family and family values are important to me. I wear my heart on my sleeve to those who take the time to look. I greatly value those with honesty and integrity and who are willing to just be themselves .
