About LANDON (new song posted 5/11)

I am currently writing a new album; following the indie 08' release of "one woman army". I have had an extraordinary life thus far; death defying, yet inspiring. I like to write and share my stories with anyone who wants to listen. My music is aggressive and has dark undertones but still melodic and easy to digest. In the past years, I have crossed over between remaining a true independent songwriter/artist and stepping into the intensely commercial world. I'm not sure either world will ever be home to me but I'm not looking for a place to rest. I never stop rolling and the music will just keep flowing from me. Thank you for letting me into your world. To me, life is a journey...never a destination.

Blood Root Mother	Jul 4 2009 10:15 PM Hello! I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time yesterday. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral. There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you.
