My desire is to stir up people to look at life from a different perspective and challenge them to a life well lived. I want to live hard, laugh loud, and love deep...and I wouldn’t mind some company along the way.
I like to keep the music I write as open and honest as the Kansas skies I grew up beneath. I have an acoustic driven sound that brings together a variety of influences ranging from folk and blues to indie and rock, melding them into a uniquely colorful sound.
hey cool dude! thanks for helping with the couch moving saturday:) i talked with several people at regent today about the back-to-school-concert for september and i should know by friday what date will be set. i'll let you know when i find out and we'll work from there. i have 2 other guys, devin and markus, who are great musicians and played w/ me last night at the beach! this would be tons of fun! bless you!
I saw you perform at the beach and just had to add you. your music is amazing and you guys sounded great out there. I wish I couldve bought one of your CDs but I was flat broke. your blogs are deep, you really have a way with words.
i will be getting it all today and i will email it to you tonight! 2 that you should know or just look up the hymns, are all creatures of our god and king, and joyful joyful, but i will have it all tonight!
Hey, Been busy with trying to finish up my ep. It should be out on itunes in September. I'm really excited about that. And I'm meeting with managers down in FL in July. =)
like the new stuff friend. how's life? i'm walking towards that cliff...it's a bizarre feeling, trying to prepare to leave your life for two years. hope you are doing well.
Landon! I know it has been a while. I'm so sorry I haven't called. Life is good. It would be better with a shrimp basket preceded by ice cream. Hmm....know anyone interested?
By the way, I had Swept Away stuck in my head yesterday and wondered why I hadn't bought your CD. and then I remembered, it's not the same unless I can call you off the stage to make me some wings.
so i woke up at 6am on this friday morning and this lovely little ballad called "swept away" was playing in my heart running through my veins and making my soul dance free from insecurities. i played it immediately on repeat. just wanted you to know thats how your music makes me feel. stay beautiful! <3
hey landon..man, things are real good..i'm at one of those places in life were i'm just riding the wave and i dont want it to ever end...i'm just very very blessed at this point... howz your neck of the woods? -streck-
thanks for being a friend, and thanks for asking about the tour.
I'll be spending two weeks in Uganda this summer working with an organization called Gobal Family Rescue, i'll be doing everything from working with children orphaned by AIDS to digging wells to give the communities we're working with fresh water. The trip cost $3500 and i have a minumum wage job so i can't pay for it all my self. The tour is to help raise money for my trip and raise awareness about what's going on in Africa. It's going to be an extended tour, meaning everyshow i do will be a benefit show until i have the money raised, and then i'll probably do some more just to raise money for GFR.
mmm....i left them with the gaggle of girls i didn't bring either. on the plus side, you're getting a great fish necklace out of it! you were great last night and i really liked your new stuff. so much for shrimp...sorry we left early to go see atonement which was horribly DIRTY so please don't see it!
