About me: I am an uncle who's missing his niece - that's all I am right now.
My niece Rachel was killed by a drunk driver at age 18 on February 21, 2008. Rachel was attending her first year of college on a partial scholarship as she graduated last year from high school with honors. She was full of life, love, dreams and aspirations. She touched the lives of so many and was truly a bright light.
