I've played guitar for 25 years and have been performing and teaching for most of that time. I have music degrees from Minnesota State University and Bowling Green State University, where I studied jazz and classical guitar. I have performed in countless groups and musical settings over the years, inluding rock, jazz, blues, and funk groups, as well as solo guitar performances, theatre work, and recording sessions.
I currently live in Dayton, Ohio with my wife Bree and daughter Zoe. I teach guitar at Hauer Music and McCutcheon Music Studios and keep an active performing schedule. My current projects include a 10 piece Steely Dan tribute group called AJA, a Beatles tribute group called Savoy Truffle, and a Thursday night house gig with a quartet at the Crowne Plaza.
