BOZEMAN MUSIC LOVERS! We have FOUR AMAZING BANDS TONIGHT!
Starting off the night will be the indie folk rock of Dewi Sant, followed by the old timey sounds of Caroline Smith and The Goodnight Sleeps (think Jolie Holland meets Feist and featuring the bass player of Cloud Cult!), followed by late additions The Faraway Boys and Chapel of Thieves. All these bands are in our top friends so check them out. I know Jason Mraz is in town but do you really want to go see him for an overpriced ticket when you can see four amazing bands for $6 tonight at the Filler? Please forward this to your friends! Starts @ 8 pm sharp!
Peace

Did I ever tell you my favorite is your version of Black Betty? So bummed I didn't get to BS with you at the reunion. Not sure where the weekend went. LOVE your music!
Okay, done blaming Quinn, but Chachi is anothter story, he has six memories of Quinn and he only has 3 jackets. We both had more before the big coat losing winter of '05-'06. I don't know if it was as bad in your neck of the woods but it was damn almost coat keepable down here. Don't get me started on the winter cap losing spree of '07-08! Speaking of which, maybe you should drop my bag I left behind in the mail, I can't go on losing things.
I can't even say anything here b/c I am still pissed about the SE treatment. Good times and you are right, it is a longer/better memory this way. Me? I am blaming Quinn! I may also blame him for the long-A drive home. Anything else he should be guilty of in this forum?
Okay friends & music lovers…my Birthday is Saturday night at midnight. I would love it if you all could get on down to Cactus & buy a ticket to see the award winning film ‘Seven Signs’ by JD Wilkes (front man for Th’ Legendary Shack*Shakers). After the film, which starts at 8 pm sharp you will have the pleasure of seeing The Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank all the way from Minneapolis, followed by local favorites The Meatskin Jubilee Jug Band. Then at midnight Th’ Shack Shakers are going to bring in my 34th with shots and a crazy rendition of Happy B-Day. This is going to be a special event & I would love to see all my friends down there for the evening. Tix are at Cactus Records and have begun to sell quickly, so get on down so you don’t miss out on this one. Below are some other shows to be looking forward to in the coming weeks & days. Oh & all my summer shows are NON-Smoking ~ Cheers ~ Grant
See you down here in August, we have a few big days. 14=Chuck Prophet. 15-16=Wilco/Avett bros./Son Volt/BRIAN WILSON!!! It will be great! I will tell you tales about hastling Jay Farrar outback of not one. but at least three shows. Good thing I leave you alone when you play. Although, I may have been heard say, "You're sooo hot Lang! Play that rubbin' coin song! We should end up w/a day of fishin too, so bring Quinn. "
