I'm into naturalistic pantheism, symbolic suitheism, and physicalism. (That's all "sexed-up atheism," really.) These ideas inform many of my views and reflect my personality to a great extent, and writing a comprehensive, detailed essay here about who I am and what I'm about would most likely be counterproductive. So it's probably sufficient to just say that,
This is My Approach to Life in a Nutshell:
Reality is immensely (perhaps infinitely) complex.
Strive to know and understand as much as you can about it anyway.
Stagnation and nihilism are crutches of the weak-minded.
Be strong and independent enough to develop and live by healthy standards.
Seek always to align your behavior with your knowledge and understanding.
Be proud of your accomplishments.
Limit close companionship to those of similar or greater mental fortitude.
Don't be a prop for lives built on foundations of sand.
Empty people speak empty words.
Never be swayed by uninformed criticism or insecure rage.
