Lapse of Sanity, a power trio that formed in May of 2006, began as project and soon evolved into one of the best power trios in Texas metal. Skull-splittin solos, rib-crushing bass, and cannon-like double bass only begin to describe this mighty 3-piece, a true diamond in the rough. “...the last band “Lapse of Sanity” brought all the energy. These guys are wild and great musicians on stage with their speeding death metal thrash music and constant chanting…gettin’ the crowd to scream it as well.”
- Chuk Cooley, Chuk Cooley and the Demonhammers
"LoS leave no doubt as to their intention - the total demolition of everything within earshot...can bring the pain with the best of them on the D/FW scene."
- Kevin White, Little Green Men and Harder Beat
"One side of me says, I'd like to talk to her, date her. The other side of me says, I wonder what her head would look like on a stick?"
Hey guys! We had a blast Saturday night...great show even if it was at the last minute! Can't wait til Halloween! I gotta work til 9:45 but you'll know when I get there...remember who I told ya to watch for...LOL We'll see ya then!
Hello sirs. Haven't talked to you in a while, so I thought I'd come by and check on you little fellas. I hope all is well in the worldly kingdom of Lapse of Sanity, and may all your bishes be hot ones. Not temperature-wise hot. I mean like... Attractive. And cool. Not temperature-cool. But cool, like... philosophically tolerable. And maybe even enjoyable to be around. But, yeah... If you had to consider actual temperature, I'd have to suggest the hot chicks. I try to avoid any chicks that are at room temperature and below. So... In my opinion, anything below 98.6 degrees is a little too cool for me. But I'm kinda picky when it comes to stuff like that. But I guess it all comes down to personal preference and accessibility. And whether or not you're a little bit fucking nuts. If that's the case, I would recommend a career in toe-tag installation. Maybe get you a part time job at the morgue. I hear it's a great place to meet chicks. But that's only if you're a sick fuk. Or very, very lonely. And a sick fuk. Lonely or not, you would still have to be a sick fuk. Ya sick fuk. Oh, speaking of instrumentals, I'm gonna rock out to Steamroller one more time.
