My iPod is jammed with alternative, metal, goth rock, electronica, hip-hop, trip-hop, ballads, and even (dare I admit this?) a couple of old disco songs. But the one song I'd want to hear in my final moments boils down to this: IMAGINE by John Lennon. To me, that song says it all.
Movies
Just about anything dark or supernatural, visually dazzling, or thought-provoking.
Television
True crime shows, SURVIVOR, and the occasional episode of TWO AND A HALF MEN. Oh, and THE DAILY SHOW. And THE COLBERT REPORT.
Books

Lucan and gabrielle's story, Dante and Tess' story, Tgan and Elise's and Rio and Dylan's Stories made the plot move on and on. I cannot wait until book five comes out, but why is it coming out in the winterrr?? T-T I cannot wait to nread it. And the cover looks AMAZING!
I have to be totally orginal and say that I absolutely love your books! I seriously can not wait for the new one! In fact, I've read them so many times the spines are starting to give and they are only like 3 months old..ha!

I recently finished "Midnight Rising" and thought it was fantastic. I read it in record breaking time. By the looks of the preview at the back, Nicolai's story will be great too (I've already pre-ordered my copy!). I see from your Newsletter that the 6th book will be about Andreas Reichen - that should be interesting. I had wondered if you were going to be writing about him, seeing him appear again in "Midnight Rising". Keep up the good work:-)

i have read all of them and am dying to get niko's story!! but you know something? as much as i LOVE all of them, i think i LOVE Dante the most! i just find him uber sexy, mysterious, and now super sweet cuz he's gonna b a daddy!! :) maybe it's cuz i read his story first, but ever since i did read i CANNOT get him outta my head, GOD THAT MAN IS SEXY!!!!
anyway, hope all is going good with the writting, and take it easy! don't work yourself too hard, i am sure we all agree we want you to stay healthy, so no mental breakdowns ok!?!
o and if you aren't too busy around the time Veil of Midnight comes out, try to have another one of those chats, the last one was really fun!!
Hi Lara, I finished reading Kiss of Crimson a few days ago and now have read half way through Midnight Awakening. Such good reads! I'm a bit frustrated with Tegan ;) but I know it will turn out ok in the end. Just want to slap him into some kind of sanity! LOL! However, 500 years without sex provokes my sympathy towards him! I can understand how he could be the way he is. :)
