Kitten Season is NOT OVER!!! Every day, dozens more litters of kittens and their moms (and sometimes uncles and older brothers!) come into PAWS, desperately needing foster care to survive.
Can you please consider fostering?

Litters at PAWS as of 8/17/08:

1) URGENT – Black and white mom cat with 4 kittens – sneezing and need to leave the shelter!

2) URGENT - Litter of 3 kittens 6-8 weeks old, sneezing and need to leave!

3. URGENT - Gray and white tabby mom with 2 gray kittens, 6 weeks old – sneezing and need to leave the shelter!

PACCA/PAWS needs a full time, licensed vet to treat the sick and speuter Philadelphia companion animals at an affordable cost.

PACCA's spaying and neutering services presently are provided by University of Penn veterinarian students under supervision.

Please go to the following petition to lobby the city for a full time veterinarian to staff the shelter that takes in around 30,000 animals annually.

You may have to live in Philadelphia in order to sign the petition, so if you live out of city please forward to your friends who live in Philly.

PLEASE GO HERE TO SIGN ONLINE PETITION:

You can also read up on PAWS and how you can help here:
