is a documentary film created to show the world the fastest growing side of Hip-Hop, the Latino Rap scene. The film is a powerful look at the realities of young Latino-Americans and their expressions through music.

Through interviews and discussions about their lives, their upbringings, their diverse cultural inheritance and adjustment to American culture, this documentary will show what most mainstream media over looks... everyday life as a Latino-American.

CLEO VALENTE
Executive Producer, Director

A native of Italy, Cleo Valente has resided in Los Angeles for the past 20 years and worked for a decade as a Producer in Radio and Television for major networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC, A&E, and MTV3 Tr3s.

She earned a PhD in Computer Science before moving to films. Outgoing and charismatic, Miss Valente’s first passion lies in the art of filmmaking. LA REVOLUCION ES LA MUSICA is Valente’s second project and feature length documentary as Creator, Director, and Executive Producer.
