LWND was formed in 2003 after Lare and Patty parted ways with a long time band to persue a "New Direction." Rounding up a few friends in the Bluegrass community and convincing them to join up, the band was off and running. Some faces may have changed over the years and the music evolved, but our roots are still planted in Bluegrass & original music. Come hear for yourself at any of our live shows!

Have you heard of Fireside Parlor in Carson City? I guess Dad's band is playing there every third saturday of the month. It is an acoustic jam with open mike sessions. Thought maybe you guys might be interested in checking it out. Catch u later! Polly
