About me:
I am the owner of L. A. Rose Makeup Artistry & Fashion Stylist Services, a company that provides complete makeovers, makeup services, fashion consultations, coachings, etc. We provide makeup, fashion stylist, costume design, and image consultant services to actors, attorneys, ballroom dancers, brides, corporate executives, entertainers, models, pageant contestants, politicians, tv and film personalities and everyday people that want to look and feel better about themselves. I love to make people look beautiful and feel like they are movie stars! It is very rewarding.
I am from Los Angeles, CA. I am presently based in Little Rock, AR and also have locations in Nashville, TN and Memphis, TN. I provide services all over the U.S. I will be happy to come to your location, no matter where you are.

Do you need a portfolio or composite cards? Do you need runway assistance? Do you want to look and feel your absolute best? I can offer you the confidence that comes from knowing you look amazing.
This service is not limited to women; I have a lot of male clients, also. Men need just as much fashion and style assistance as women. If a man wants to succeed in the business world, he needs to know how to gain an edge over the competition and present the proper image for his profession.
I also work with plastic surgeons and people who need extreme help with scars, deformities, burns, port-wine stains, etc. For the sake of sensitivity and privacy issues, I have chosen not to post any of their photographs. I see no need to exploit anyone's problems for my own marketing benefit.
I'm from southern California and have degrees in theatre, makeup, psychology and law. I only mention this so that you will know that I have an understanding of the business world, and not just makeup. I previously owned a modeling agency and have tons of makeup, modeling, acting, and costume design experience. I hated the legal profession and have returned to working in fashion and makeup full time and love it.
I am a graduate of the Joe Blasco makeup institute in Hollywood and am a certified image consultant.
Some clients I have worked on that you may recognize: Robert Redford, Hillary Clinton, Annette Bening, Lorenzo Lamas (while on Renegade), Rob Estes and Mitzi Kapture (while on Silk Stalkings), supermodel Rosie Vela, etc.
I will be adding more before and after photos soon. (I have boxes of photos in storage in California, but bear with me as they are not digital.)

My prices are very reasonable, and considerably less than what you would expect for an experienced professional. My primary concern on any job is delivering quality services and keeping my clients happy. I have packages for every budget.
I follow the absolute strictest of safety practices. Would you let someone touch your face or eyes that has not been formally educated in proper decontamination and sterilization procedures? Makeup can be dangerous in untrained hands. Makeup can harbor bacteria or diseases if not handled properly. I have very sensitive skin and numerous allergies. Because I understand sensitivities, I only use FDA approved, hypoallergenic, fragrance-free cosmetics. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to me and should be to you. Before hiring any makeup artist, these are some things to consider.
Due to the lack of regulations, anyone can call themselves a makeup artist even though they lack proper training. Hiring an untrained makeup artist can have serious consequences to your health. Before hiring a makeup artist make sure you ask questions about their training, sterlization, and decontamination procedures.
