  • General

    Film and theatre obviously. Comics, graphic novels, manga anything that could said to resemble a comic really. GADGETS, if it's new, shiny and expensive I have probably drooled over it on the internet.

  • Music

    This is just too big a topic to cover in one section. I like pretty much everything except that beedy bop wop doo dop rubbish that is know as scat (which in my mind is short for scatalogical) and freeform "Jaazzz"

  • Movies

    Everything from Arnies latest multi billion dollar cgi fest to a black and white Norwegian film about a lovesick donkey. I watch them all. I may not like them all but you can always take something away from them.

  • Television

    Don't tend to watch the TV as much these days unless of course it's Dr Who or Greenwing. If I want to watch a TV show at the moment I will watch it on my PC at my own pace, none of this waiting a week for the next episode.

  • Books

    Anything by H G Wells. The man has a beautiful way of writing in detail so that you can see evrything and of course his work borders on the prophetic. He was truly gifted. One of my favorite books (non Sci Fi) is Treasure Island this is where my love of all things Piratical comes from.

  • Heroes

    Morihei Ueshiba, The Dalai Lama, Henry Fonda

I am an Irishman abroad, although technically I have been abroad (London) most of my life. The headline is from Hamlet and of course being an actor there should be some Shakespeare on here. I am a classically trained actor which basically means the drama school I went to concentrated on stage work over film work. I attended Drama Centre, London which has amongst it's former students people like Pierce Brosnan, Paul Bettany, Helen McCrory, Frances De La Tour, Simon Callow and lots of others.
