About me:

AARS Cover SM
Order It Here!

Me? I'm a poet.

Nothing more.

I write about a life less ordinary. Mine.

I am insane. Make no mistake about it. Friends say that my mind is broken in a beautiful way. I think that's just because they love me.

I have a death wish. And an ongoing death match with Poseidon. So far, I am winning; of course that very much depends on how you keep score.

Nothing that I write...nothing that I have ever written matters.

Unless you let it matter.

I have two great friends that I have had for over 20 years. I have almost died with both of them. Several times. Sometimes on the same day.

Quick: count how many people you think would lay down their lives for you. Your answer is a reflection of the kind of life you have lived.

Loyalty is not a fad: it's an oath.

There are lines drawn...whether or not you can, or will see the sand

Friendship is not mandatory. It is an honour.

It is important to know who you are.
It is far more important to know who you are not.

When all of this is over...when we have walked our hour of sound and fury, it is love...love that we have given and love that we have recieved...THAT is what matters and all you remember.

I know. I have been on that edge.

Who I'd like to meet:

Somebody who loves to be in love.

Somebody who laughs at innapropriate moments. Just like me.

Somebody who understands why I misspell honor.

Somebody who is not afraid to be honest.

Somebody who understands why I see the heavens the way I do. And loves me for it.

Somebody who recognizes my shortcomings and loves me anyway.

Somebody who will let me chase down my inner child and club him to death.

Somebody who will contain my heart, but not destroy it.

Somebody simple in a beautiful way.

Somebody who makes me want to dance.

Somebody who will stand with me.

Through anything.

Somebody real. Somebody honest. Somebody strong.

Somebody that will hold my hand, as if they mean it.
