Hi.
Thanks for listening to my music. I have always wanted to play / compose music. I have photos of myself sitting on a piano bench flailing away on my grandmothers Steinway, even as a toddler . I started piano lessons at age five, and took them untill I entered the University of Redlands to study music. I have a classical piano background, as well as 30+ years of playing in countless rock / country/ pop bands. I have worked as a session musician in L.A., co-owned a recording studio, and have also done numerous music scores for various "never to be scene by the general public" projects. I have never been content with my carreer in music until I decided to not have a carreer in music...?.... I fully enjoy music, now that it does not have to be my sole income. I am writing what I enjoy. Some of my pieces were created in minutes, from what I belive is Devine inspiration. Others, were "born" over the course of days, weeks, months or years. I am usually inspired to write, by something visually. (This is probably related to the fact that I practiced piano for so many years in the living room of my parents home, with the tv on.) My music is introspective, for me. It is usually soothing, and sometimes moody.
I hope you enjoy.
Your comments, criticisms and critiques are welcome.
Thanks,
Larry
