It's usually me, my guitar, and harmonica. I've considered forming a duo or trio with friends, but my music is typically very personal and often on the dark or bittersweet side and I think it's best played "solo." The rest of my influences are Johnny Cash (The Man), Ian Tyson, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, Emmy Lou Harris (ain't she sweet?), Lefty Frizzell, Gordon Lightfoot, Bob Dylan, and once more, JOHNNY CASH.
