About me:
MASTERING ENGINEER for a living. I have a lifelong love of music. I'm mastering out of The Mastering Palace, here in NYC.. Looking to meet and talk with people with similar interests. Also as a mastering engineer I'd like to network around to people who might need top quality mastering for their music. I write songs, and am back into the swing of things lately after a long sabbatical. I didn't even know I was taking one!!! (My babies: Rickenbacker 12 string, '69 Guild acoustic 12 string, Martin D-18 Custom, '62 RI Telecaster, '62 RI Stratocaster, '67 Gibson SG Special, '66 Gibson ES330, and one sorta old (1980) Rickenbacker bass)............................. : ) I love playing guitar, coming up with new songs, bicycle riding, and scuba diving!!!..

I'm doing well. I just bought a MacBook - yippie - as my computer is also on the fritz and who knows how long it will go on. I had so many problems with it in December and this ancient relic is about ready for Computer Heaven. It has had a good life. And as I sit and type, the letters hesitate before appearing and I have to stop and wait for them to catch up. It reminds me of when mouths don't match dialogue on the t.v. Anyway, I am rambling now.

We're just three weeks shy of our journey across the great U.S. It will undoubtedly be an adventure. I have reconnected with someone from high school and I have that warm, fuzzy feeling. He's visiting this weekend from Minneapolis so we shall see. It's been a very long time since I felt that way and I feel alive again.

Haven't heard from Mr. Davies about the party but have had fun talking to Bob via Facebook.

Stay well - xo

Why, you comin' to visit? ;-)
I've planned a big journey to Michigan that'll take nearly two weeks. Then I'll be there for over a month before heading back, either across Canada, or via the most northern route in the U.S. Haven't heard from Richard re: the annual "do" but we'll have to see how much energy I have. I am avoiding planes like the "plague." Pun intended. Anyway, hopefully that answers your question. When we get back in August we'll be packing up to go to NZ sometime around October.
King Singh.

it's too much to explain. he is part of the pink hand attempting to take over America and decide which thought are ok to have. I would just look it up. It's in the headlines. Of course, the people writing the headlines have pink hands too so I am not sure what you could learn.

ah...

it just seems to me that there is always something to do. I live in my head too but I get good at shutting myself out. I have dogs that like to get some action, neighbors who could always use a helping hand, and This Old House.
When you own a 100 year old house there's always something to do.
But failing all that shit, there is always MOVIES and BOOKS!

Andy Partridge once said "if you're bored, it's your fault sucker!". He believes that this world is so fascinating and filled with wonder that it's impossible to be bored. I think he is dead wrong. Then again, I have never once been bored.

it's only on the UK and Japanese versions of the album. Forget the UK one because that was limited to 2500 CD's. They are killing the CD.
I just ordered the Jap. version. I would wait for the box set since you probably need the rest of the records too. It's getting terribly expensive to collect UK bands.

I sent out a bulletin this morning.
I don't think people see their bulletins. It's a flaw in the design of this thing.

there was a time, when I first started using this site that one could email all their friends. That was a far more effective way of mass announcement.
It's a shame TOM took that away
